quaker/monk parrots in New York
since there are feral quakers in new york in brooklynn do any of you know if you can have a quaker in new york or do you need a permit or anything liek that. thank you. also what are quakers like.

Quakers are legal in NY as long as they are banded. I think Quakers are great little birds, the one issue they tend to seem to have is being care territorial. You also have to watch their diet because they are prone to FLD. (fatty liver disease)
