Bill to make pet shops liable ($1000) for care of sick animals

Hi folks. This in in NH, but it's interesting, and would certainly encourage those shops that sell live animals to keep them in better conditions.

Wow, that's wonderful! I hope it passes, it might encourage certain pet stores to step up and consider being a bit more responsible.

At the same time, it might be a tad difficult to prove that any animals at home became sick due to the pet shop animal, especially if they don't have routine vet checks.

Still a step in the right direction though!
