The person who invented the recipe said she does eat them sometimes! And I haven't tried it yet, but I believe these could be dried at a very low temp(170degrees) in the oven for crunchy snacks.

Thanks for that idea Linda, the bars sound like something Sunny would really enjoy. If you try to bake them in the oven, let me know how they turn out!
