I Finally Did It!!!!!!! Set Up Aviary!!
Well like I promised here are a few shots of the outside aviary cage I FINALLY put up on my back porch, I have had the cage WAY before I got my birds, in fact I built it about five years ago for an Iguana (he didn't like it) then for the last 3 years I used it for a Garbage nook enclosure, now that I have built a new garbage nook I have freed up this cage, it took a lot of gruntin and groanin but I finally coaxed it up onto the back porch. As you can see by the pix I am currently undergoing a bit of remodeling on my back porch, the room to the left of the cage(looking from the outside) is also under cunstruction and that is going to be my future bird room. I am planning on enclosing the rest of the porch and building a support for the cage so that I can slide it to the outside of the porch from where it sits right now. The cage is a little rough right now but it is a work in progress, over the next few months I will be doing some clean up work on it. So enjoy these pix for now.......more to come.....LMB-

That is awesome! And I love how you took the stools and made them into stands for them. Great idea!

Wow I love it! I so can't wait till I live where I can build an outside aviary that can be used more than a couple weeks a year..
