I need some helpppppppp AGAIN please

I have a new double yellow head amazon she is a sweet heart, I had her for 3 weeks so far she is about 4 month old...anyways, Is it normal that she doesn't want to get out of the cage and come to me and when she is out she wants to go back in even if I have all sorts of toys on the table, I give her treats and sing and read to her...but I do not feel she loves me at all....and about her talking she just mumbles unknown things ...she does not say a word she does unknown voices and noises as if she is talking but they are not words...What do I do...IS there something I can do for her to love me and want to come out and play with me...and is there a method to make her talk clearly...and want to come out and stay out

I think it's normal. All birds are different and maybe she just needs some more time to adjust to you, her new surroundings and such. She's young yet and some birds talk right off the bat and some take a while. She'll probably want to feel comfortable in your house and with you first beforehand though.

Good luck and take it slow. She'll catch on!
