Wilson Foundation Visit (1) pictures! :)

well i went today despite the sleet and snow...lol
i worked very efficiently for about an hour. got most everything they needed done, done. lol the lady was like wow.."you better come back!" so i played with them for a long time. i met Brian the foundation founder. he is a nice man. also there was a local news guy there (NBC, 4) news. so i am gonna have my picture in the news some time. unfortunately i had to go though to beat traffic home. but i am excited about it, i had a FANTASTIC time and will be going back weekly or bi monthly to help out. also the news guy got some pictures of me holding like 14 birds at once, macaws, toos, eclectus's, amazons etc...and he will email them to me and when i get them i will post them :)

so now i shall start the photos...

first is the rescue birds the just rescued. sorry these pictures are really bad. they were in quarantine. it is mainly conures(nandays, suns, GCC, dusky conures etc.../ teils/ IRNs/ and two U2's thaat were rescued from a really small cat carrier. on was soo sweet.

sorry that is all of the rescue birds i could get...i was only in the quarantine room for a few minutes.

the other pics are there original rescue birds.

here is a pick of Brian, foundation Founder.

then here is the reporter. he was a funny guy. really nice, i explained to him all about birds. i had a mini interview too...haha

here is a girl that helped out as well, she has toos and conures of her own, very nice girl.

then me with a B&G, this B&G is just being pet sat long term for someone who is overseas. i held him for over an hour...very sweet bird.

Then finally other birds they had:

more photos down.

Thanks so much for the pics and updates! That was awesome! It's so great you were able to help out. Wish I was closer, I would love to help them. I'm so excited they have interviews set up for these birds to go to good homes. Keep us updated! and share your pics in the newspaper too.
