Ew, I am jetted back to memories of stupid science class mealworm experiments. I have decided Poe hates mealworms, so there. There's only so much I will do for my birds.

Ewww! I'd like to claim I'm not a squeemish person, I'd like to think I'd do anything for my fid, but mealworms? Ewww! I have a friend who gets me to pick her up a few dozen whenever I'm at the pet store for her flying squirels, she puts them in a blender with fruit and blends them into a puree which she freezes in an ice cube tray and then hand feeds to them. My only contribution is getting the bag of the nasty things to her and then making a bee line for the door! Ewww!

I don't mind them at all. They don't bite or scratch; they're perfectly harmless. I've even put one in my mouth for a laugh. No there is nothing I won't do to amuse myself. Oh and I'm not crazy.
