Can you post a picture of it? Is it cracked or twisted in the socket?
Its hard to say without seeing it.

Went through this last week with my sun conure. Since it was bleeding, but not broken, i thought about trying to let it heal but since he kept messing with it I pulled it.
If it's causing your bird pain - pull it. Just support the wing, and pull. Make sure you have someone else hold the bird - wouldn't attempt that by myself it at all possible.
