Pluck No More

I've sold nine bottles of the stuff and so far only one person has gotten back to me. We've only had it in for a few weeks. The one result, at least at the time was positive. The person said it was like flipping a switch and the bird stopped chewing and pulling. I try most new products having to do with feather problems, have doubts about all. We'll see how this one holds up. Pricey as well, 34.98. It would be great if something worked for these birds.

I am using it now on two greys. I have only had them on it since saturday, but I see nothing differnt. Both continue to pluck, tho Stirling, the 20 something grey is playing with his toys more??????????? :aiwebs_01
I paid $20.00 for the product at a bird show. Kings suggests teh pricing from
$20.00 to $34.95.
Bird Clubs and rescues can get it at cost.
I had a nice converstion with Kings after they called me while working on a fundraiser. If It works..I will be ordering it again.

Ya'll keep me posted. I'm considering using this for Seymour, the rescue I adopted in March. He has issues. I am conserned about putting stuff in the water, though. Seems like a waste as I change the water once or twice aday and there is no way he would get much of a dose with the amt of water I see him drinking.

Unhappy Help

This product is for birds plucking their feathers. My Mini Han has just started doing this he didn't do it last year just recently he's been getting the pin feathers and even thou I give him baths which is suppose to help he started picking the feathers under his tail feathers. It's so upsetting because I've always heard that the bird is upset that does this. Why do you think my bird all of a sudden has done this. He's always held and cuddle we love him so much he doesn't seem stress about anything but the pin feathers coming in...Reba the Roto4

hi...the first thing you should do is have him evaluated by a vet to rule out any medical problems. The Air Sacs are located throughout the birds body, they are where you are describing...My Cag is doing this too...in the same spot. We went through a battery of test to rule out things first.
IT could be an allergy...it could be sexual, it could be signs of respitory problems,(where he is plucking)
Ruling out medical issues is important, but not cheap.
Who do you go to up there?
I used Dr Wolfe in Parsippany, in the past, but went to the AMC in NYC ever since 2002. I have a freind in totawa, I can ask who she uses,,,,it might be Crupi. My Friend is on vacation now.....she should be back in a few days.....

Keep us informed...and I will pm you my phone # if you have Questions...
