What kind of bird....??

Random question:

In the pictures that show at the top of the page on here, what kind of bird is the black one with the white ring around its shoulders/neck?

I always think it's neat looking when that one pops up there, and always wonder what kind that is...lol

If I'm thinking of the right one, I'm pretty sure it's a lovebird. It's one of the mutations of the black masked lovebird, but I don't know exactly what it's called.

If it is the lovebird that shows up in the left hand picture then it is a slate mutation black masked lovebird.
