DNA Sexing

Is there a way to send a feather in and have it sexed. I thought I read something about this. Just wanting to know if it is true and if so, how do I do it?

Yes. You can send away for a kit. You must pluck feathers off of your bird's chest. They can not be feathers that have fallen out. You need to get the root of the feather. I feel that the blood from a nail clipping is easier. That is just my opinion.
