I flagged it too...Why do people find themselves to be such low life human beings that they need to piss of a bird for fun. This guy needs a hobby, one excluding birds! Maybe the Grand Theft Auto game might get his aggression out.

I feel very sorry for those Pionus!!!!
If he'd tried that kind of crap with Gracie, she'd have given him multiple nasal piercings before he pulled his face back from the bars...

What a moron, lol. Just to let everyone know I got a nasty email from this guy, not to mention the fact that he erased EVERY SINGLE message that was posted to the video. If he was so okay with taunting animals and he thinks it is fine to do so, why did he feel the need to be a coward and erase all of the lovely messages that bird owners had sent him??
He posted a comment on my sun conure video, lol. Mind you, all of my videos about my birds are for educational purposes, so I love how all he could say was "you don't like rude comments on your videos, do you???" Here is what he posted on my video: "Do you like rude comments on your youtube? When I am a producer and stand up comedian I find that rude not everybody raises birds how YOU DO keep that in mind. My birds been living with us 20 years and thats the way they are raised just like your birdsy LOVE TO PLAY so do MINE." This was my reply: "Ok, this is my final attempt to educate you about parrots. I have been keeping birds on and off for my entire life, and I am a graduate student getting my Master's degree in Zoology. So, if you want to throw the fact that you are a producer and a stand up comedian in the mix, I have you whooped buddy as far as education on parrots is concerned. I do not flaunt the fact that I have spent the past five years of my life studying these animals, but while we are on the subject of professions, I figured I would let you know- since I have no idea what you being a producer or a stand up comedian has to do with this. Oh, and learn how to spell and write grammatically correct if you want to tell someone off. It is much easier for them to understand you that way. I have no problem admitting that yes, I came across as very harsh to you- because YOU deserve it. I am not a rude person by nature, but there are some things that get me hot under the collar, and being cruel to animals is at the top of that list. If you think that taunting your birds is so good for their well being, why did you take down all of the comments that were posted? To me, and the other parrot owners that are viewing your video, it shows that you cannot handle criticism and prefer to cover it up rather that meet it head on. Before you can sit there and say that your birds 'love to play' I have to tell you that to a bird, attempting to bite is not a normal play mechanism. Biting serves as a message system in parrots to drive their mate away from other suitors, to show an individual that they are intimidated, angry, or scared at a situation. At no time do my birds bite in play. We trick train, play fetch, and hang out.....but, biting is not a play method in wild parrots. They are biting you in order to tell you something, probably that they do not like what you are doing. As for posting "rude comments" on my videos, go ahead. All my parrot videos are educational and show how much I love my guys. It just serves to make you look cowardly and completely ridiculous, because I treat my parrots with respect, and at no time will you ever see any type of behavior from me directed towards my parrots which makes them feel uncomfortable, afraid, or angry. Instead of antagonizing your parrots you should be building trust with them. Have a great day. "

"Lord Rick Knows best"
Not from where I'm standing. ![]() I feel very sorry for the birds if they've had to go through THAT every day for 20 years. Methinks Lord Rick has been stuffed in one too many lockers when he was a boy.... cuz he sure don't know how to play nicely with others. The fact that he calls his mock attacking the bird's home "Play" to begin with shows the problem starts & end with him. That's bullying, NOT play. Would he think it's so funny if some big, hugely muscled guy started smacking his car, leaning against it or sitting on the bumper/hood... Wonder what his reaction would be when the guy complains "Geez! I wasn't trying to hurt his silly eggmobile or the little chicken owner.......I wasnt' hurting nothing....just having some fun...you know- ruffle his feathers a bit."
