abnormal feather(golden conure)

Hi,my name is joe.I have one question about my nine-months-old golden conure, candy.
I find her some new yellow feathre to mix green color.
I googled a lot of pictures about golden conure, but didn't get the same case like candy.
I am so worried about her health. Is anything wrong with her?
Could you give my some advice?Thank you.

She looks like a normal young golden conure to me, normally they outgrow the green. What did your avian vet think?

9 months is still young. It may disappear with her adult molt but if you are concerned check with your vet. Depending on what state you are in they are very rare so even your vet might not be positive, but he/she could run tests to make sure.

nothing looks wrong there...it is normal. especially for a young one. they will outgrow it. like a sun conure loses its green etc... you can have him checked to be on the safe side but he looks ok to me. :)

Looks normal to me too, although I had a bit of a tough time interpreting the question. She should be getting more and more yellow with each moult, but babies are green.

Everyone has given good advice, golden conures like many conure species have alot of green to them while they are young, and it will be replaced by that pretty gold color as you baby matures.

May I add that your baby is quite the looker, and I am quite jealous you get to share your home with her!!!!

candy looks like a pretty young lady to me... feathers are actually in really good shape, no indication of stress marks or similar... i think you should have a pretty golden girl once the adult plumage comes in

I agree, she is still young. She will probably me around a year or so before her Mature Color molts through. Feathers look pretty healthy.

Thank for your advice.

I just took candy to pet hospital yesterday.
My avian vet said that she maybe didn't get balance diet,so she lacked some viatamin or mineral.
I think the birdstore keeper caused this problem, because he had only fed her on sunflower seed for a long time.
Now I will try my best to correct candy's eating habit.

She is beautiful! At first I was going to say that she would grow out of the green, but from the first picture it looks like the new feathers are coming in green. Keep us updated!
