Fid freindly re-arranging house...

Been told .. officially gone to da birds this weekend...

My friends think I am NUTS.....

I was looking at my front room... where Shammy is .... and then all the book cases.. 3 LARGE homemade custom ones.. and all the books in them.. some (over 20) of which are over 75 + years old.. we have over roughly 2,000 books in house... our own library .. I have over 200 cookbooks alone..and almost as many on gardening/plants/herbs...... kinda collect them...
Then though about needing to put a hymidifyer in room near cage for Shammy this winter.... NOT a good idea with all these books.....

Sooooo.....
I gave away my couch, last Fri.. in the den that has a fireplace, the TV and our main sitting room (where we spend most of our time and already have fid play stands in it.. LOL) ... now cleaning the walls and taking paintings down.. to move the books and cases to the den..... MAJOR re-arranging going on here... and when done.. will be able to add the 4 boxes of books from Texas in the bookcases also...

Will now have room in front room for MORE fid stuff and will be putting quakers in front room.. (Spirit after quarrantine)....

This weekend was asked to rehome 2 more teils here.. told them could not take for at least a month.. till the baby quaker (getting from Kim this coming Sat) is out of quarrantine.. have not ROOM to quarrantine the teils right now.... LOL

Fid room will also be getting rearranged..(Dino cage coming out and going in front room as soon as cleaned and book cases gone) and just as well start calling it the teils room/house... with the hanging gym, an orb and one table top play stand and now planning on a standing gymn/playground also....

The front room/ great room will be half fids and a futton for me to sit on..play with fids.. and going to make an orb and then playstand to go under for the fids in there.. LOL

Now company has no where to sit in the den.. unless they go get the PVC lawn chairs off the front porch.... LOL .. or they get to sit in front room and try to talk over fids talking and screaming at/to them... giggle....

A few freinds stopped by yesterday.. and fussed at me.. for having NO place to sit.. told them.." the birds LIVE here.. you do NOT.. this house is fid freindly.. NOT human visitor freindly any more".... had jaws dropping.. snicker.... and told them to go get a couple of chairs from porch or sit on floor.. I am busy feeding dinner to MY FIDs....

They did NOT stay long.... DUH....

WOW, you did change things! I love decorating, so that wouldn't work for me, just one little birdie. I love having comfy couches and chairs. Guess your fids are happy though!
