Im trying to get our new budgies to eat pellets. At first i tried mixing seed with pellet but they threw the pellets out. so i decided to blend the pellets into a powder and then mix it with some water and seeds. It almost looks like a neutriberry. They do eat it but idk if this will get them to eat pellets. I have a bowl of pellets in the cage 24/7 and they do peck at it every so often. Whats a good way to get them to eat pellets. do you think this will work?

If that's working, gradually increase the size of the pellets that you are crushing up and see how that goes.
