Don't have a list of foods, but there are plenty of websitse on the topic...

A healthy diet that's not too high in fat, as well as plenty of exercise should keep most birds fit and healthy enough to not get fatty liver disease.

Foods high in fat include: Seeds such as sunflower, safflower, pumpkin; all nuts, animal fat contained in cheese, egg yolk, meat, butter; human junk food; any food with oils.

High carbohydrate foods and no exercise also can contribute to obesity, so a diet heavy on the cereal grains including millet, can pack on the grams.

The best diet is lower in fat except for certain species such as the Macaws who need a higher fat content through healthy nuts and seeds in addition to a good fresh food diet, or a pellet diet supplemented by at least 20% fresh vegetables with a little fruit.
