Gym nets?

LAter i want to hang a gym net... But my room has drop ceiling? I do not think it will hold? Where could i use it? How do you keep the birds from chewing the ceiling? Thanks

Is the drop ceiling the kind with the tiles? There are hooks you can get made specially for the metal framing around those tiles. There was a post about someone's bird room on here recently showing pictures of the hooks. You could hang it from a curtain rod in a window.

I used hooks at the four corners of the net on the window frame. Of course now Bing is chewing on the woodwork. Where there's a will there's a way and if these guys want to get to something they've got a will stronger than iron.

I'm not sure what to do to stop him. I've got a baffle type thing at the top of his boing so that he can't chew my ceiling. That might work for you.

I know that a lot of hanging gyms have a length of PVC pipe that is attached between the gym and the ceiling hook. You could do the same with a net, I assume. The PVC is slippery and the bird wouldn't be able to reach the ceiling that way.
