Question Is paper towel safe? (potentially a silly question!)

HI!

Just wondering if White Paper Towel is safe for our babies. Recently, Stella (male GCC) has decided that the paper towel roll is his new best friend

We have a pt holder that sits the roll upright. After Stella has a bath, the first thing he now does is flys up to the top and drys off on it (for like 20 mins +). He of course rubs his face etc., and it dawned on me just now, while I was watching him do it, that I think I read somewhere that white paper towel is bleached... Does anybody know if this is true? I'm just wondering because he's rubbing all over it.. and he loves to shred it too but that he always did when he was dry and I didn't think of it, hubby and I just laughed at it because we went out and spent quite a few dollars on Pinyata's and Stella has no interest at all!.. yet paper towel watch out! but all laughing aside, I'm praying I'm just over reacting once again! (Stop shaking your head pea-pod!) Gosh, you guys must be getting so sick of me! I am getting better though! LOL

Sorry if its a silly question but I figured, better safe than sorry..

Hugz

I think paper towel is safe....

someone might come along with a different view but I've let my birds shred them before.... I don't think it's too big of a worry.

Thanks! I guess my biggest worry is when he rubs all over it right after a bath....
I had a crazy idea that the bleach (if there is any) would now be on his feathers.... but if its good for shedding and being in their mouths... than i'm not going to worry!
Thanks again!
Have a great night!
