Just updating on the flock

Everyone here is doing well. Oliver is coming back out of his shell again! I think Scarlet and I have found the fix to the flea problem. Gabby is still settling in great and is still terrified of the YELLOW DEMON BIRD! Scarley is still ruling the roost around here and Cricket is still the sweetest with a nip here and there. The cats are on the verge of being dangled on a hook and dipped into the lake if they keep their mess up! GRRRRRRR

Recently had to take my dad to a pain clinic. Trying to avoid surgery. So far so good on the treatments.

Our hours here at work have been cut,. No more over time. And now they are talking about furlow days! GUESS I WILL LOSE WEIGHT NOW!

You have such beautiful pets! How big are your 'too's? I have not seen a Goffin in person. Do they have the same temperment as other toos? Sorry to hear 0oabout work cut backs. There isn't much overtime available in nursing right now, either. Hopefully things will turn around soon...

Oooo work cuts backs, that sucks!! This time of year is rough on me, because I am a "support worker" I get laid off every summer. Always waiting for my 55% wage insurance from EI.

I am glad your Dad's treatments are working so far. I think if surgery can be avoided, all the better. Sorry about my memory, what ails your Dad?

The family sounds like their are maintaining their status quo LOL!

Good to hear from you!

Dad has had some minor back problems and in the past year it's gotten worse and his hips and legs are in pain. He stands and walks a good bit on his job soooo something had to be done. He's seeing a pain managment specialist.
