Question Anyone know a breeder...

in florida that have the identification code as KMRA. And breed quaker parrots?

parrot breeders and band numbers, tracking your bird band

The letters usually are the initials of the aviary or the breeder. There's a KMR Aviary on there, but I don't see that they breed quakers. Perhaps they used to? You could contact them anyways.
