It was an add, in the 80's I think. Paul Hogan (before Crocodile Dundee), it was aimed at getting tourists here, aimed mainly at the USA and he invited them to come over and he would put another shrimp on the barbie....all Australia groaned, lol.

Collard greens are a type of lettus (I think) but it is thicker then romain or spinich.
They are considered a dark green leaf, which means they are packed with good vitamins. Melanie
