I'm also tip toeing around the idea of getting a Hahn's!! Cute little buggers. I just wonder h ow loud they are!

They way I see it is if I just prepare for them the be loud an if they aren't then I am surprised lol

Wow, they are a LOT smaller than i thought!! I knew they were small macaws, but didn't realise they were THAT small... We are tossing up between a Nanday and Hahn's....

What one would you guys pick and WHY? I've never seen a Hahn's in person (or in 'bird' lol)

Rocky isn't a hahns, I think he's a severe. My litlle (Boobo), if hes on your shoulder when he lets out a scream it can hurt. Though he doesn't often scream. Boobo will however give you a head ache with the non stop talking.

The girls are loud enough for Arthur to go off at them. I'd put them up a bit louder then suns when they get a head of steam up.

Nope, severes are also known as chestnut fronted here in Australia. They're a bit bigger then the hahns from my memory (which isn't always the best).
