"Shredding"?? Like shredding toys? They are supposed to do that... it's play for them... unless you mean something else?

Do you mean like shredding newspaper? My peach faced lovebird used to do that and then stuff it into her tail to carry it around.

Maybe she's molting... unless it's bare skin... then 'someone' may be plucking...but it could be the other bird doing it for her.

Why don't you try a nice image hosting site like Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket ?

They've got guides and such. Very easy, and they have direct image linking, so if you copy the little embed code they give you, you can just paste it in your message and we can see it on the board.

That's not something we could answer... the age part should be answered from where you got them. For the sex part... you can either take them to a vet (I DON'T recommend this unless you're independently wealthy... for the TEST I mean)... or you can send for a card where you clip a nail a *smidge* short for a few drops of blood, send it back with $20... and they will tell you the sex of your birds.
