Bird Specialty Stores in TX??
Do you know of any? Preferably near TX A&M. I need to visit some live birds to get a feel for what species I'm looking for.

a parrot's cove in houston comes to my mind... or avian adventures, also houston. like the first one better though

There is a store in Copperas Cove that has a good selection of birds, that one is in central TX, near Ft Hood.
There is a great store in Austin called Gallery of Pets, and another that I know of near Ft Worth.

cool!!! That a parrots cove place has golden conures!!! not that I could get one, I'm only 13. :(
