You know ehere they are located, just research what animals live with them in the wild geographically and do the food chain/ web from that.
I did a quick search and found the info below. Just find out what else those predators eat and you can make a food web. Anything else that eats what the thick-billed parrot eats put that on the same level as the parrot Prey items: Pine cone seeds, acorns, and fruits Predators: Red-Tailed Hawk, Northern Goshawk, the Peregrine Falcon, and the ring-tailed cat.
