Doberman VS Blue and Gold
I have a B&G and a Doberman. Both rescues. They are now both fighting for my attention! The dog is actually intimidated by the bird.
But it is obvious they are jealous of each other and are doing a Mexican stand off. No one is being aggressive and actually my dobe is a weenie. He backs off to the bird |

My heeler and lorikeet play fight. Funny the creature weighing in at a few hundred grams is always the winner. Teach your pets that when you are all together, fun and games happen! They will love everyone being together if it's always a positive experience and won't mind sharing their favorite person.

LOL! I love the pic of the lorikeet laying on its back in front of the dog!
![]() My grey totally rules the dogs. When we got the dachshund puppies, he'd call them over to the cage by name, then bite their noses when they stuck them in the cage. They learned FAST to avoid the bird. When we got Jemma, Tonka waited for the right time then swooped off of his playstand and dive-bombed her head, crash landing under the Lazyboy chair. When Jemma stuck her nose under the chair to sniff, he bit her nose so she learned too. |
