She Said It
FINALLY Chiquita is saying I love you. I will admit this but I sing her a little song and she says I Love You Way which is part of the song. She says it really good now too. It’s amazing once I understood it. The thing is she ALWAYS says it. Same with “Weeeee.” She says that too while swinging on her swing. She is always saying these things and never stops once she learns it, lol.

Awwww how cute!! I say that to Neko all the time but so far I still am getting baby whispers. He does gesture his head like he can hear me but no repeating!! I can be patient = )

Aww that is so cute franciscus he sys it over the phone, does he say it well? I wish I could get a video of it but Im having problems with youtube. I will work on it really hard then and try to figure it out.
Silver, where did she get the words congrats from? Lol That is cute. Keep saying it Syd, he will eventually pick it up. I have been singing that song for Chiquita for a year and she just picked it up now, so it takes a LONG time.

Way to go Chiquita!! Good for you!! Now learn to say " I want to go on a vacation" Just kidding, perhaps if Chiquita could learn I will get Goldie to speak? Like children once they start talking there is no stopping them !!! LOL....You Tube takes like forever to upload a few minutes of film....

Yes he does. He was actually on the radio too. A local station, well, Ottawa, has a morning show. One of the shows focused on talking birds so people phoned in about what their grandmother's second cousin's budgie can say... I called in ans told them I have a bird that'll talk to you now. They played it back a bunch of times that morning.

Yeah Chiquita! My Shakti is a little over 8 months old and has yet to say a word, which is fine --- or so I say!
Now that Chiquita has "spoken" I am sure that she will follow with more words!!!!

Oh I know once the start there like a broken record. I taught Chiquita to say “Weeeee” and she says it like a million times a day, lol. Constantly!
That is awesome franciscus. You should have taped it. Yes, I do think she will pick up other words more quickly. What should I teach her to say next?
