Cougar's (the bird) new friend

So I knew that there was another bird living next door to me (adjacent to my apartment) and it sometimes makes whistles, but today, Cougar was whistling and singing to it. It has learned all of her whistles. It was so cute to hear. Usually it is not quiet enough to hear the neighbor's bird, but I didn't think they would start calling to eachother. So cute!

Cute. My budgie used to sound exactly like my tiel, both passed away now. It was hard to tell the difference when the budgie made his tiel call. Do you know what type of bird the neighbor has?

Nope I sure don't. But probably a cockatiel or Green cheek/ Sun or something like that.

Skye and Zephyr make all the EXACT same noises, whistles and chatter, it's nearly impossible to tell who's who if they're in their cages! When one's with me, I can tell because I'm close to one and the noise is across the room.

My budgies make all the tiel noises, but in a slightly sharper pitch, but it is funny how it's almost identical, like the budgies are trying to get the tiels ignored by us for screaming!
