Xafsmom's $80 Avian Intellence Bird Cage

Just wanted to make a correction without causing trouble, lol. Xafsmom was correct with the $80 price.

Use this link, then go to the bottom left of the page. It's the last cage displayed. You can see, the ad clearly states the cages are "Now Starting At: $80.99 Save 87%.
However, if you click on the cage, it goes to another page that displays a price of $199 when you check out.

I sent an email to their customer service asking how I can get the $80.99 price, lol.

Thank you....

Only the black one is $80.99. If you add it to the cart it comes up right.

Seems they're jipping people on freight shipping though. Meh!

They are not the only ones that charge for shipping darlin', lol.
There are many companies out there with quality cages and free shipping. I recently got a corner cage for my Peekaboo my too for $565 and free shipping. It's 73" high, 42" in the back panels, 22" on the two front panels and 23" on the middle panel with a full door that I can walk into to clean the darned thing. I believe I saw the same cage for $509 on a site with free shipping of course after I ordered and received delivery. Go figure, lol.

Oh well, shipping or not, I just wanted to make sure that everyone knew that you didn't need reading glasses and inch thick yet, lol.

Kisses

The $80.99 special price was part of an email they sent out with different items at lower prices in limited amounts. The cage only had 15 available so once they went, I guess it went back to it's normal price. I signed up for their email specials, unfortunately, it was too late by the time I read it.

What a Ripoff

Just for everyone to know, I had called and was told that the freight would be $46.00 to Texas which put the total at $126.99. That was on Saturday, they called me today to let me know that there was going to be an additional $196.00 charge due to the size of the cage. They don't know why I was only told $46.00 the first time. So, the cage would cost $322.99. I could have bought this cage for $250 at the bird show this past weekend. Just thought I would let everyone know about there selling tactics.

Can't find the normal Quaker logo.
