Temperatures!

Well, I'm still rarranging things and tidying so the birds can come upstairs into the peace and tranquility of my room.
However, since the winter is drawing in, I have a question. Since I'm fat, I dont' feel the cold temperatures as much as a cockatiel. what temperature should I keep my room at during this cold and drizzly season? I have two female cockatiels and I really don't want them to be shivery little babies

I would stay at about 68 degrees. Or you could just fatten up your teils! LOL! I have the same problem and my hubs freezes his butt off.
