Looking for bird show in North Carolina

Does anyone know of any bird shows in the North Carolina area? I have had no luck with internet searches for this.

Thanks

Thanks for posting this. I was hoping another bird fair was coming to SC. Hopefully, I can check this one out.

Thank you very much. I can't wait to tell my husband. I realized with the post about the bird talk magazine, that I have not gotten any of my subscriptions. Huh, I will have to check that out.

I will have to keep an eye out for the one in Raleigh. My husband and I talked last night, depending on his deployment schedule (and mine) we may try to go to the one in Aiken, just to see one before he does deploy.

In march and October - the Morganton show.
There should also be another in Asheville but the dates I am not sure about as of yet.
There is also one in Hickory in that same time frame.
There are two in Raleigh - one is a reptile and bird show and then there is another bird show that has actual bird show judging - this is put on by the American Cockatiel Society and Raleigh Durham Caged Bird Society so you should be able to find something about that one on their website if they have the info up yet. This is normally put on at the end of May - last weekend or so - so don't get it confused with the other show in Raleigh.
There should also be a show in Fayetteville next year and hopefully they will start the ones back up in Charlotte .

I don't have the dates here at work for the Morganton right now and am not sure about any other dates etc. I would have to check with my food supplier and breeder friends that normally have tables at the shows.

You might also do a search on bird clubs in NC - Normally they are the ones that are hosting the shows and you might be able to find some info there. Bird Talk also lists quite a few of the shows, but it may not be in there until next year and icloser to the dates they will have the show.
