BirdBoard Event Calendar Posts

I am looking for more posts on our event calendar. Not every event gets listed in Bird Talk (my current source of information). If you know of any interesting avian events taking place in your area, post them on the calendar. These events could be Bird Shows, Bird Marts, speakers at a bird club meeting, conventions, exhibitions, etc.

I want to make the calendar the place to go when you are looking for activities in your area that you might not otherwise know about. If you don't feel comfortable posting it yourself, you can put the information in a PM to me and I'll see that it gets posted.

Please use the following format when posting events:
Event Name
Sponsored or presented by (if applicable)
Location of the event
Street Address
City, State

Hours that the event will take place
Admission cost (if any)

Speakers, special activities during the event, etc. (optional)

Contact name and/or phone number
Email address
Website address
