bird club/show in central texas?

Does anyone here know about a bird club in central texas? I moved here a year ago, and when I googled it, I found out about a club called CenTex, but I tried the phone number that was given for contact and it was out of service. I'm trying to find out if they still exist and what their current contact info is. Also, I would like to find out about any bird shows around here. I would like to get in touch with some local breeders here that could offer some advice if I should decide to start breeding again.

I don't know where you mean by Central Texas, but I do there is a bird show in Richardson, Texas on October 6 and 7 at the Richardson Civic Center. I think you can find out alot of information on different places at the website BirdsnWays Guide to Pet Birds, Parrots & Exotic Birds Care & Breeding. Breeders, classifieds, products & information. Macaws, cockatoos, cockatiels, amazons, along with breeders in your area.

O.K. as far as where I saw that advertisement for this date in October I can not remember but I wrote it down so I would remember. Now I can't find it Anywhere for that date. I keep finding October 13-14. SORRY!!!
