I buy his "fruit and nut". Its a seed, nut, dried fruit, pellet mix and I add an extra bag of dried fruit and an extra bag of nuts. Then I add a bag of whole wheat dry pasta and vegi pasta each. Then I add a box of broken up bagel chips (plain) and a box of Kashi. This is my Birds 24/7 mix they have in the cage. His stuff is always fresh if I get it from him. I have bought his stuff through another distributor and got bugs - never again. He has a nice small bird mix with no sunflower I get as well that has dried vegis and a wide variety of seed you dont see in every mix and coconut and dried fruit. I buy this in 50 lb bags.
