Question Question about fruit flavored pellets

Does anyone know if there is a fruit flavored pellet that is all natural with no artifical colors or flavoring?
The only pellets Zeke will really eat are Kaytee Exact fruit flavored and he does great on them. Chloe and Moe love them as well but for some reason when they eat them, their poop is really, really large (about 6 times the normal size) and shaped different. Before I put everyone together I started giving them Sophie's Harrison's pellets and their poops went back to normal. Now that they have a choice they choose the fruit pellets and poops are back to being weird so I figured that it has to be something in the pellets. The only thing I can think of is the artifical coloring and flavors.
Zeke will eat the Harrison's if he has absolutely no choice so I could switch everyone to that but it's kinda spendy.

bird food

I don't know about the food dyes or anything, but my macaw, oscar likes it and yes, his poops were large now that I think about it.
I figured they ate a lot of it or something.
Oscar also eats Harrison's on a regular diet in addition to un shelled nuts: Walnuts;brazilnuts;acorns;almonds; and the like.

It helps with his chewing need for wood.

if I remember correctly

Hagen Tropican is all natural with natural fruit flavor and natural color. Long story short it's that tan/brown/cardboard color with natural fruity flavor.

I use it sparingly myself and if I remember correctly it said something like: natural orange flavor.
