Best Batch of Vegie Mash EVER

I made Pita his vegie mash today, and when I gave him some I didn't see his head for quite a while. Just his butt in the air.

This is what I put in it:

kale
brocolli
carrots
chick peas
apple

Ultimate Blend (nuts, vegies, fruit, beans, seeds, pasta, etc etc etc)

Dryed pomegranet seeds & blackberries (they sell them at the Bird Brain & at Whole Foods. They're like dehydrated)

The chick peas & Ultimate blend & pom seeds & blackberries I didn't mash, just threw them in whole. Everything else I ran thru my food processor.

He loves it. I'm going to make birdy bread tonight, and mix some of the vegie mash with it.

Thanks for the idea, I'll definitely try this. I love it when you make something for them and all you see are their rear ends sticking up :D

not mine...it has green in it. Neither of my 2 will eat anythiong green besides grapes! I am still trying to figure out how to get them to eat it. I even made birdy bread for them, with green veggies in it and they wouldn't touch it!!

But it does sound like a great idea!
