Sesame seeds?

Our Sennie gets a mix of Versele-Laga mix from which I remove a lot of sunflower seeds, Harrisons pellets, plus a few fresh fruits, eggs, fish, yogurt, pasta, and whatever vegetables we can talk him into. He does looooove sesame breadsticks, (I confess to using them as a bribe sometimes). I know seeds in general are high in fat and not to be really engouraged - opinions about Sesame seeds??

SEEDS are not bad. Your bird can have seeds - he just needs a good variety in his diet and yes seseme seeds are safe. The breadstick itself is proly worse than the seeds,lol.
