Oj?

I make the best smoothies with orange juice and every fruit under the sun....i was wondering if orange juice is safe for birds (i have a parrotlet) and if i can make her my smoothies (extra chunky for her) if i watch the fruits i put in....any help is apprecitaed

Sure, orange juice is fine. I don't know of any fruits that are unsafe for birds and the juice is part of the fruit. (I'm talking about fruits normally eaten by humans; I can't speak for wild fruits that we don't eat.) Be careful about fruit seeds though because some kinds are toxic and you have to know what's safe and what isn't. If humans normally eat the seeds it should be safe (like strawberry seeds and kiwi fruit seeds for example). But seeds that we don't normally eat call for investigation.

Most veggies are safe too but avocados and onions are on the "don't feed" list, and garlic and soy are controversial.

OJ is ok in moderation. It is very acidic and filled with sugar, so I would make sure to limit the amount you give. Sounds yummy!

yeah. i wont put too much in......and apple seeds are no no... thanks for the info. i think i am going to get right on the recipe!
