foods for cockatiels and green parrots-Reg -Reg

hi mates.
i am having one pair of tiels and a green parrot.(the one with a red round around the neck). parrot i have got before 2 weeks, and just 4 days left with cockatiels.

as i am living in india, i would like to get the guidance abt the food recipe for these.
well, what and what vegetables, fruits can i give?? was there any recipes there for cooking or preparing frm home??i am willing to. coz, i love to tame.

well, a simple doubt. that, today i have tried mango slices with my parrot. it shown very much interest to eat them. well any problem??? and i have tried beans with cockatiels, but, it refused to eat.

so, be kind to guide by giveing proper guidance.
pls, and i am sure that, a lot will be here to help another.

thanking you in advance
and looking to get guided or directed.

yours

My tiel likes, Kale, Broccoli, Peas (must be shelled), Lima beans, corn, Apples, almonds, other nuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. She also likes pasta, bread and cooked oats. Dark leafy vegetables, like the Kale, are good for them I believe. My vet said 'orange foods' but my tiel dosen't like orange foods so much. I guess she was talking about carrots and sweet potatoes.

My tiels love a recipe on here called "Kitchen Sink" it is cooked beans, brown rice and vegetables mixed together. They also love hard boiled egg that is mashed up and mixed with vegetables. Cooked brown rice is always a good thing as well. Cockatiels don't really eat much fruit. Only one of mine will eat banana on occasion but the mango should be good for your other bird. My birds also like lima beans, green split peas, peas, corn, sweet potato and carrots sometimes.
