should i feed calcivet instead of pellets or is that a bad u-Idea

hI there
my ringneck has broken his leg! but i am not sure what is best to feed him while his leg is healling? i have calcivet from the vet bout he normally has pellets with calcium in,
so am not sure what to feed him insead to help him heal, intead of pellets more vitamina a veggies/ veg and fruit plus maybe cooked beans rice? with calcivet in the water>?

dont want tp overdo his calcium hes had a rough week. Need advice but worried might give him the wrong amount of vitamins and minerals by mistake.
OTHERWISE.

Tad stressed didnt get to take him to the vet myself a friend took him for me. Help is appriated

I would call and ask the vet's advice. Right now I would feed some cooked comfort foods. It will keep you busy and calm, and I'm sure he will enjoy the yummies.
