Question Pellets?

What are the best pellets to give to my birdies...........and where to get them........... we range from lovebirds, IRN's, conures, cockatoo and quaker... None of them are fond of trying new things, but I have heard so much about the importance of pellets..........

My bird, Phoenix is on a blend of the Roudybush Low Fat Maintenance pellet and LaFeber pellets. I like these two because they don't have artificial colors/flavors and no harmful preservatives. Comparing the two, I like the LeFeber because the pellets aren't extruded (not exposed to extremely high temperatures, but rather, slowly-cooked) so many of the nutrients aren't broken down. I like the Roudybush Low Fat pellets because RB2's have a tendency to become overweight. I now blend the two pellets together for Phoenix's morning meal. Veggies, sprouted seeds, grains, beans, and fruits are also an important part of her diet as well, though.
