veggies?

I'm making homemade veg. broth for me by boiling a bunch of veggies and then pouring it through a seive. I'm wondering if the left over solid veggies are ok to give to give to the birds and also if it's ok to freeze/thaw and give to the birds. I have an amazon, grey and sun conure.
I'm using,
Carrots, leeks, onion, garlic, kombu (seaweed), celery, sweet potato, red potato, carrot tops.

The leeks an onion aren't great for your bird... I wouldn't.

I agree...not sure the leeks and onions are good for your babies. Yummy for us, not so much for birds....or cats..or dogs, for that matter. The celery isn't that great either, nutritionally.
