ok people give a list of NO NO's, small amounts and ok's for bird food

I am rethinking everything i've EVER thought i knew about what to do and not do or shall i saw to eat NEVER to feed and ok in small amounts food list
SO we all know NEVER to feed
1. avacado
2. onons
3. tobaco
4/chocolate
5.caffeine
7. alcohol
8. milk (however i've read that cheese and eggs are ok in small amounts as well so i'll put it on both lists)
9. foods high in sugar and salt and fat
10. foods with fungus and mold
11. fruit pits and seeds
