Question Is this mix of organic lettuces all safe for my sennie ?

i got this at sams club it is a organic spring mix it contains baby lettuces (red and green romaine, red and green oak leaf, lolla rosa, tango, red leaf) green chard, mizuna, arugula, frisee, radicchio, tatsoi, red chard, red kale, red mustard, baby spinach. i want to make sure that everything in this mix is safe for her i dont want to risk it. i havent herd of most of the things in it. thank you so much :]
