What do your birds beg for?

Thought it would be fun to see what other members birds crave and "BEG" for. I have always been a believer that parrots beg worse than dogs. Just wondering what kind of feedback I will receive on this one. Rules: Be Honest!
We all have at one time or another given something to our fids that probably isn't the healthiest or they may have gotten a hold of something while you were not paying attention. Here are mine:

Marvin-- Loves Ice Cream! (no chocolate) and Doritos. He will also beg for corn, chicken or pretty much anything on your plate. He sits on my arm while I eat and I share my plate with him. His ONE dislike... raisins... pooey on the floor. He is a good eater... probably since I have had him since he was a chick.

Dewey-- Broccoli and chicken are his faves. He also loves Pomegranates, and corn. Doesn't really beg... too bad.

Erma-- Juice... anything in a glass she wants to drink it. Does not like Almonds. She is a rescue and is stubborn with diet changes I have been trying to work with her on. But if I make a juice out of it... she will drink it.

Captain-- Apples, Spaghetti (wants to eat it off the fork only), Bananas. Constantly asks for "Apples" and if you bring him the wrong thing. He will tell you "No, don't do that." He does not care for veggies, but will eat chicken. So veggies... juice 'em. Has a fondness for Strawberry Cheesecake Ice cream.

Keeva- She loves corn and chicken as well. She accepts pretty much anything I give her. Loves Sweet Potatoes! (I think all conures do) Probably because I have also had her since she was a chick. Does not like Pine Nuts.

I cook for mine weekly and freeze leftovers. They get fresh foods daily. Beak appetite, Brown Rice and Mangos (thats a hit), and different mashes, birdie breads, quinoa. Don't beat me up on the bad things... they do eat quite well. Peanuts and sunflower seeds are non existent in my house. Sunflower seeds on occasion for rewarding behaviors. But they do indulge once in a great while on some fun stuff... I love to watch the tongues explore the temperature and texture of new things (Jello is fun). All of them say "mmm" "is that good" "do you like it" "its yummy."

What about yours?

Draco- Popcorn! I let him have a little taste then he wouldn't leave me alone! Just kept following the bag trying to get his little self inside it.

Skyy- Anything I am drinking. She loves sitting on my shoulder and stealing a sip when I bring a cup to my lips. She clamps down on the rim and won't let go unless she gets a sip. She especially loves cranberry juice.

Ayita- Whatever Skyy is begging for, but then he always spits it out when he gets it.

Mine don't beg, they just take!

Cookie doesn't really beg - she just jumps for whatever i have and takes it! Her favourite has to be apple juice, or any other kind of juice, and apples. She'll even lean waaayy down on my shoulder just to get a drink of water out of my cup. Hehe, she'll also do anything in the mornings to get cerial. I know she can't have milk, so i always end up grabbing some dry cereal and giving it to her while i eat, :P . .

Ohh! Juicing veggies is a really good idea! Cookie won't eat any, but she'll drink anything from my cup! How do you do that!?

For Kizzy it's apple or corn. For Kiele it's cheese. The others really don't care much for anything special.

Emily, a good way to get veggies in liquid form, rather than juicing, is to just puree the whole thing to liquid. That way EVERYTHING is going in the bird, not just the juice. No lost vitamins in the pulp!

I have a BlendTec blender that does a fabulous job. It's one of the blenders that can make "Green Smoothies", which are yummy for people. Green smoothies have about 2 cups of spinach, kale, some other dark leafy green and some fruit. I don't bother with smoothie joints anymore. Another blender known to liquify very well is Vitamix. They are both pretty expensive, but so worth it. They'll actually last a long time.

I'll have to get my parents look into those! We need a new one anyways - ours just broke! I'd never thought of liquifying the veggies - im sure Cookie would love that! only if i pretended to drink it, though. :P

My Blue crown and gcc both will do anything for nutriberries. Zinrokh (bcc) will go nuts if he notices anyone with cheese or mac and cheese. Those are his favorite junk foods to go after but hardly gets. He loves his pine nuts and goes mmmm whenever he gets one. He is very open to most fruit and veggies.
Zoey (gcc) loves anything that I do not want her to have. She just finally decided veggies are not poison as long as they are on my plate. If I have juice it becomes theirs because they just jump on the cup and start chugging.

Anything resembling italian food is highly demanded. My birds go gaga over it. Anything with pasta or tomato sauce must be shared. Blossom has a potato chip fetish. I rarely buy them because the oils irritate my chronic pancreatitis but Mel loves them especially doritos. Blossom will run over to the bag to steal some laughing her head off. She keeps laughing the entire time she's eating them. She doesn't like the baked ones much but likes to chew on the bag. Echo pretty much thinks anything on my plate or in my glass is there for him. I don't think he has a favorite. Gabe loves pizza. Everyone gets a bite of it but he wants the whole thing. Jeb and Livi are picky. I can't get them to try much of anything unless it's mixed with their mash. The only other food I can think of that everyone appreciates is pancakes. I couldn't believe how well they will eat them.

I asked Santa to bring me a juicer last year for Christmas. I juice their veggies and I will add an apple to sweeten it up. Works quite well with the stubborn members of the flock.
