A Value Pack - But Allright For 'Tiels?

I've been shopping at a website for amazingly discount pet products (I love looking at Northern Parrots but some of their items are expensive)

I spotted this Rosenlöcher Large Parakeet Feed Pack at zooplus but I would like to know if this would be okay for my 'tiels. I've never given them charcoal and some things on there seem to be for parrots AND cockatiels hence I'm cautious

(My grandmother has them on a 'cockatiel mix' seed diet. Which seems to be the multi-use nonsense of millet and sunflower seeds. I want to get them a proper complete diet)
