Mash Making II - This Time It's For Real

So the batch I made back in July is pretty much gone and I have a quiet weekend ahead of me so I figured it'd be a good time to stock up for the fall.

I made this bag of sprouting mix by combining japonica black rice, hard red spring wheat, hulled pumpkin seeds, flaxseed, short grain brown rice, and green lentils, but I'm wondering if I can include them in my new mash mix.

I still have 12-bean soup mix that I'm going to soak and some plain popcorn. Would the sprouts work the same way as the beans? Do I soak them overnight and then cook/simmer them?

Also, last time I put the beans in one pot overnight and the corn in another. The beans got nice and plump and soft... the corn... not so much. Does corn need a longer time to plump?

Also, I'll be freezing everything. Will cooked sprout mix freeze/thaw well?

when I make mash I do it by itself. I sprout weekly and add that to the mash as I thaw it out. Works out good for me and birds love it!!

I add the corn to the bean mix to soak and cook it together. I wouldn't cook the sprouts though. They're much better uncooked.

I make a mash of vegies, freeze and thaw when needed. Sprouts are done separately. I used to buy them but I'm gonna start sprouting them myself.

I guess my biggest annoyance is I'm really bad at sprouting and keep killing them, lol. I'm feel inspired by Jimpierce7's latest photo post. I WILL get these sprouts to... sprout... GOSHDARNIT!
