Yay, Wooh! Yaahhh, Finally!
Cookie ate her fist veggie!!!!!
 *dances* after almost a year of trying.. shopping, mushing, hanging from toys, twisting in bars, mixing with other foods, Cooked, raw, twisted through cage bars, eating with her... NOTHING! untill.. i was chopping sweet potatoes tonight, for HUMAN comsumption. she was sitting on my shoulder (she's done this before, nothing..) and SHE WANTED SOME! i put it up to her and she just tried to lick it, so i took it away. every time i took it away she seemed to want it more and more until she took a chunck outta it, AND ATE IT! and she kept coming back for MORE! WOOT! I still want to get it so she'll eat it from her bowl in her cage, but this is a HUGE start!

That is hillarous. I have been told to eat stuff in front of them and that then they would want it because you are eating it!

Sweet tatos are the first veggie I start babies on. Me? I can't stand the things.

 Happiness is having a shop-vac for a regular vacuum, feeling nutriberries between the toes in the mornings, & the occasional sip of hand-feeding formula when you mistake it for morning coffee. Ahh life!

Whaaahhh? Sweet tatos are my FAVE food! Ever since i was young! (baby food, lol!) Can't get enought of em. I chop em up, add butter and brown sugar, and bake em in the oven! MMMMM!

Abbey loves them. I don't eat them. They are weird. I am picky. I know I sound like an 8 year old..lol
