What's a good parrot fod diet for Quakers

So i bought my Quaker a few days ago and the lady was feeding him parakeet/finch/canary food because he hates and refuses to eat any type of fruit and if the food is sweet he hates it so she fed him that because it is not sweet. But i really want to get him on a small parrot diet would anyone recommend any type?

I have my fids on a pelleted diet and supplement with fresh food. I do sprouting occasionally. They always have a bowl of their pellets and usually in the evenings I give them fruit or veggies and throw in sprouts and grains a few times a week. I give them nuts, treat mix, and Nutriberries for treats and use Nutriberries in foraging toys for my grey. She loves the El Paso flavor...your quaker may like that if he isn't into sweet food. My fids enjoy Zupreem fruit blend. I know there's a few members on here who prefer not to feed pellets with artificial coloring. Our avian vet says the pellets they are on are just fine and all 3 are very healthy and have no problem. I'd like to try and start adding in the natural Zupreem just so that the poop isn't so colorful...accidents aren't fun to clean up on carpet! Especially purple! Maverick has ruined the carpet before he was cage-trained in one bedroom and Gizzy had a big accident the other day and now I've got to shampoo the carpet again. So if I were to do it again, I'd keep them on the all-natural stuff.
