Amaranth and Quinoa - raw or cooked?
Our Senegal loves these grains raw. Should I be cooking them? I am posting this on various boards - so SORRY if you are reading this question for the umpteenth time!

I guess in the wild, the grains are raw. I always cook, but maybe I will see if raw works!
